Wholesale Account Representative
Summary
This position is responsible for utilizing sales data to manage, develop, and serve existing accounts by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties
1. Creates sales opportunities with current and new accounts.
2. Works to create compelling and profitable packages that align with company core values.
3. Provides accounts with excellent and timely customer service via email, phone, video conference, and through face-to-face interactions.

Language Skills
Must be able to write and speak fluent English.
Computer Skills
Must be adept at using various computer, phone, and tablet applications. Would prefer experience using a CRM tool or related software. Must be willing to be trained on and utilize the CRM tool daily.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions based on the information provided from either internal documents or customer provided communications. Ability to understand and communicate across various departments and organizations.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit and use a computer. The employee is occasionally required to move from one department to another. The employee may be asked to occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds, or ask for assistance if physically unable to move up to 15 lbs. This position requires frequent computer use. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate. It is an open office environment and there is frequently people talking on the phone or talking with each other.
Travel Requirements
This position requires occasional travel for 25% of the position, often day trips or overnight for multiple days.
