SCS Engineers Looking for Office Assistant at Medford, NJ  Full Time

What we are looking for

SCS Engineers is looking for a Full-Time Office Assistant for the Medford, Oregon office. This office supports our Field Services Business Unit. You will be expected to be in the office 5 days/week for this role and will be handling various clerical duties for the office and business unit.

How you can make an impact

• Clerical tasks to maintain and service files and records and process simple documents.
• Sorts, codes, and files (electronically and manually) unclassified material by simple (subject matter) headings or partly classified material by finer sub-headings.
• Order employee incentive cards, prepare memorandum to accompany card and mail out.
• Maintain personnel spreadsheets for various company issued credit cards.
• Maintain multiple spreadsheets: Holiday cards, Certificates of insurance (COI’s), Annual Client Survey, and other similar tasks.
• May serve as Key-Operator for copy machine, including copying and binding reports.
• Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming mail. Collects, weighs, and wraps packages; determines postage for outgoing mail; maintains postage meter logs.
• Miscellaneous office labor including managing supplies, files and office furniture and running errands.
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Office and Administrative experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
• Valid driver’s license with a diving record in good standing required.

Pay range for this position is $22 to $24/hour depending on experience. This does not include bonuses or our Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
