A leading wholesale company is looking for an experienced Credit and Collections Representative to join their growing team! You will work an alternating schedule that changes every 4 weeks from 8:30 AM – 5 PM to 10:30 AM – 7 PM, Monday – Friday. One Saturday will be required per month from 8 AM to 2 PM.
We offer plenty of overtime opportunities, and all viable applicants must pass a drug test before their start date.
Summary:
The Credit and Collections Representative is responsible for calling on past accounts and aiming to collect payments on overdue balances. Responsible for reconciling any issues that arise on customers’ accounts. Responsible to research, answer and reconcile customer inquiries and issues. Responsible for reviewing orders and determining if customers’ orders can be released and billed. The Credit and Collections Representative should have strong communication skills and be able to work as part of a team. Should possess excellent math skills and basic knowledge of computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
