San Diego State University is seeking an accomplished Business & Finance Manager to join their dynamic team in supporting the vibrant College of Professional Studies and Fine Arts (PSFA) on-site in San Diego, California. The College of Professional Studies and Fine Arts promotes a stimulating environment known for its creativity and energy. You will contribute to its success by managing the Performing Arts District – a regional powerhouse in training and performance. Your expertise in budget management and experience in overseeing a variety of operational functions will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of the College. Position Summary
The Business & Finance Manager is responsible for the fiscal operations of the College. The incumbent works under the general direction of the Dean in the College of Professional Studies & Fine Arts with a dotted line relationship to the Provost’s Office. The incumbent will act with autonomy and provide oversight of the college and department budgets, personnel, and operations. The primary responsibilities include budget and fiscal management, management of personnel (instructional and non-instructional), and oversight of college operations in a Shared Services environment.

Anticipated hiring range: $85,000 – $90,000
