VISTA Staffing Solutions, an Ingenovis Health company, is hiring for the position of Sales Manager (New Business Development). This is an individual contributor who will partner with key sales and delivery leaders in a focus to earn market share.

This individual will be tasked with; developing and implementing sales strategies and consistently executing sales tactics that produce lead generation, client presentations, contract negotiations and will aid in project planning/execution of sales-based initiatives.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Initiate, facilitate, manage, and build new client and partner relationships.
• Partner with clients and internal partners to gather the necessary information to create descriptions that effectively market all open positions.
• Determine clients’ short- and long-term staffing needs in all provider/clinician specialties we serve, sell VISTA’s multiple service offerings, build and maintain strong relationships with the client contacts.
• Responsible for the negotiation of quality contractual terms and pricing that allows for a higher probability in filling the job/client needs.
• Partner with operations to help maintain appropriate margins for jobs by understanding provider rates, and managing client bill rates including any travel, housing, transportation, and professional liability insurance costs; gain pre-approvals for reimbursable costs when necessary.
• External client facing activities to include 3 deep focus, client visits and high-level involvement as business needs dictated.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

• Associates degree or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years sales experience, healthcare preferred.
• Experience researching and identifying prospective clients.
• Ability to use a variety of sales concepts, practices and procedures, and the ability to coordinate sales activities from conceptualization, to planning, to successful execution.
• Ability to think outside the box to “get the ball rolling” with new clients.
