What will you be doing?
* Greeting and assisting all visitors to the Human Resources office.
* Updates hotel postings and bulletin boards
* Maintain department files and filing systems
* Coordinate People Pleaser of the Month receptions, collect nominations, send invitations, and order the awards
* Assists in preparation of all associate events (including associate recognition events, holiday parties, associate meetings, etc.).
* Assists with preparation of training classes.
* Respond to all unemployment requests
* Assist with special projects, trainings, and hotel events as needed
* Assist associates with general HR questions
* Coordinating hourly annual performance appraisal processes
* Assists with reviewing and screening all applicants across all job boards.
* Schedules meetings and interviews as requested.
* Coordinates all new hire paperwork and is the main point of contact for the hourly onboarding process
