Position Summary or Faculty Qualifications
The Client Platform Administrator is responsible for assisting with managing the secure development of endpoint deployment services and solutions including hardware/software deployment workflows, software packaging, physical and virtual desktop creation and management, and automation of associated procedures. The position evaluates, develops, tests, and integrates more secure virtual and desktop environments while maintaining and patching the university’s existing desktop computing infrastructure. This position also provides endpoint device assistance and guidance to faculty, staff, and students by supporting University implemented and supported software, hardware, operating systems, and virtual environments.
