Our Customer Sales Associates operate in a team-oriented, fast-paced retail environment. Who Should Apply?

Individuals with strong sales skills and great communication who can identify customers’ needs and effectively present service solutions will stand out. As a Customer Sales Associate you will work with customers in store and use relationship-based sales techniques to increase sales by making product and service recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Work the sales floor (greet and direct customers in retail store)
• Conduct sales presentations and provide customer service
• Provide accurate sales information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products or services
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate the sales process
• Cross-sell products
• Coordinate with other sales representatives to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
• Inform customers about promotions, sales, and special offers
• Provide customer feedback to the retail store and district manager
• Stay up-to-date with new products and services

Skills

• Work experience as a Sales Associate, Sales Account Manager, Customer Service Associate, Retail Sales Consultant or similar role
• Understanding of the retail sales process
• Basic math and computer skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales quotas
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Schedule flexibility (evenings, weekends and holidays)
• Reliable/personal transportation
• High school degree
• BSc in Marketing or related field is a plus
