RWJ Barnabas Health is looking to add a Full-Time Executive Recruiter for our Talent Acquisition Strategy, Innovation & Executive Recruitment team within our TA&I department.
The Opportunity
The Recruiter is part of a team within the Talent Acquisition & Innovation Center of Excellence (CoE) for the RWJBarnabas Health system responsible for screening and selecting executive candidates; they handle the hiring process from application to offer. This role will execute talent acquisition strategies and build internal and external relationships. Reporting to the Director of TA Strategy, Innovation and Executive Recruitment, this role will contribute to business needs by handling the recruitment processes for Senior and Executive-level stakeholders.
