Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Nurse Manager (Research) in the Clinical Research Center within Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. The primary purpose of the CRC Research Nurse Manager position is to serve as an expert in the coordination and conduct of clinical research and to supervise and direct the CRC professional and paraprofessional staff in the performance of clinical research for a minimum of 40 hours/week. Maintains the standards of practice of the Clinical Research Center in the conduct of clinical research within the guidelines of FDA, IRB and GCP regulations. Serves as a preceptor for medical students; pharmacy students and fellows; masters level students and volunteers. Among the key duties of this position are the following:
