Posting Summary
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Program Coordinator-Reproductive & Maternal Health for the Department of Urban-Global Public Health within Rutgers School of Public Health.
The Department of Urban-Global Public Health leads several initiatives to improve reproductive and maternal health, with a focus on New Jersey. Current projects include a multi-site evaluation of the statewide expansion of Centering Pregnancy group pre-natal care intervention, an evaluation of the Nurture New Jersey initiative to improve maternal-infant health, and a project to assess current and future capacity for providing abortion services in the state.
Under the direction of the Chair, Department of Urban-Global Public Health, the Program Coordinator will assist in coordinating the activities of the faculty, community researchers, consultants and staff involved in reproductive and maternal health projects, ensuring that grants are implemented smoothly and in accordance with budgets and timelines. Program Coordinator will also assist in coordinating research activities that take place at sites, communicate with evaluation partners, and serve as an investigator on select research teams. Program Coordinators with requisite training will be able to participate in data collection and analysis activities.
