If yes, you might be a candidate for a Finance Partner role on RTI’s Corporate FP&A Team. This role will provide financial support to Human Resources and other corporate functions. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, analytic decision support for strategic initiatives and ad-hoc modeling. You will work closely with executive leadership and other members of the finance team and will have the opportunity to gain experience across a broad and diverse range of financial areas.
We are looking for a partner who will deliver high quality work products by applying the right blend of financial expertise, desire to learn, propensity for process improvements, and ability to develop strong working relationships. Reliability, sense of urgency, attention to detail are required for success. Candidates should be able to demonstrate commitment to developing advanced story-telling, influence and strategic thinking skills.
