ABOUT US:

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Accurate and timely weekly payroll processing for facility.

• Work directly with Payroll and HR Specialists on projects, open enrollment, benefits processing, 401K enrollment, ACA audits mandatory notices and reporting.

• Manage HRIS for processing all personnel transactions including on-boarding new hires, maintaining employee files, and medical and I-9 documentation.

• HR Filing, employee records maintenance, and overall department organization.

• Maintain consistency between policies, procedures, and practices and ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws.

• Verify billing and financial date for new admissions.

• Manages accounts receivable for private collections and our residents’ funds.

• Prep and attend accounts receivable review meetings.

• Attend weekly Medicare meetings and monthly tiple-check process.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Work experience with payroll and healthcare software; Paycom and Point Click and possess strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.

• Must be able to uphold confidentiality as to employee, resident, and proprietary information.

• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and other insurance vendors.

• Must possess strong computer skills; Microsoft Office – Excel.

• Must have Long Term Care billing and Accounts Receivable.

• Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
