We are currently looking to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team. These positions will start out doing tasks such as opening and distributing mail, scanning documents and files to be uploaded, printing invoices, filing and other assigned duties, but with the plan to grow into more complex tasks. What we’re looking for:

• Three to six months of relevant experience preferred, in an office environment or bookkeeping
• Courteous and Patient with strong customer service orientation
• General computer knowledge, and MS Office understanding
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
• Open to applicants with a high school diploma/GED
• A good fit for applicants with gaps in their resume or who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or more
• A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience
