The Business Program at Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Montana invites applications for a tenure-track position in Business. The college is searching for a faculty member who can teach in the management and/or small business management areas. The successful candidate should be prepared to teach some combination of the following courses: Principles of Management, Principles of Marketing, Small Business Operations, Retail Management, Introductory Entrepreneurship, and Strategic Management. The position requires a teaching load of 12 credits each semester, for a total of 24 credit hours per academic year. Faculty may have the opportunity to develop new courses based on their expertise and interest.
Qualification requirements:
The successful candidate will support and carry out the mission of the college as well as demonstrate a commitment to developing and enhancing a culture of rigor, excellence, and achievement. An earned Ph.D. or DBA is preferred, and a master’s degree in a business-related discipline is required. The start date for the position is August 1, 2024.
