We are looking for an Account Manager to be part of our Customer Success team, our very own stars of implementation, project management and customer onboarding. In this role you will be responsible for the growth, success, and satisfaction of RocketRez’s client accounts and maintain lasting relationships. You are the central point of contact to understand customers’ needs, act as an advisor and deliver success. This role is ideal for you if you have a strategic mindset and enjoy the challenges of aligning business goals and growth opportunities and driving engagement. This position reports to the Director, Customer Success.
Core Responsibilities
The Account Manager is responsible for Sustaining Customer Success to include regular customer check-ins, business reviews, measuring customer health, and maintaining healthy customer relationships. The responsibilities are as follows:
