Roche Looking for Logistics Coordinator (1st Shift , Contract) Full Time

Roche is seeking to hire an enthusiastic Logistics Coordinator as Contractor to grow within our Supply Chain and Logistics Department.

Logistics Coordinators will be responsible for:

• Loading of trucks with pallet orders.
• Creating bills of lading for shipments that include hazardous materials.
• Organizing the dock, labeling shipments, collecting shipping documents, and providing drivers with instructions.
• Loading freight via a pallet rider, and stand up forklift.
• Some computer skills are required for creating shipping documents, manifesting orders, researching warehouse systems for order data, etc.

These roles have the potential to convert to full-time positions.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a valid driver license due to operating equipment.
• Experience loading/unloading and staging material using a Pallet Rider, Stand-up and Ryder equipment; forklift experience.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
