The People & Culture (HR) Support Specialist is passionate, agile, client focused, located in a global support network whilst being the foundation of the P&C organization and enabler of its success. This position is future-oriented in business support and administration of the worldwide integrated network, connecting the dots across all functions.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Provide administrative assistance to other P&C Employees according to the Support Model considering the different complexities.
KEY SKILLS / CAPABILITIES:
There are three major areas of practices within the P&C Enabling Support Network and you will bring profound key skills/capabilities in:
Support:
Regional/local support to foster quick turnover on expenses, travel, time management, event support, complex meeting structures, invoicing, accounts payable, calendaring, data knowledge management.
Partnering:
Agile methodologies (e.g SCRUM,OKRs), strategic project management, coaching skills, event management, facilitation/ workshop execution and moderation skills. In addition complex networking skills with specific knowledge on certain businesses/chapters is needed.
Intelligence:
Technology supporting our enabling network, knowledge around chatbots, knowledge management (admin wiki), as well as ability in tools including People Portal, Cornerstone, Concur, secure Doc drives, gSuite, Meeting & Facilitation Technology and continuous improvement processes, implementation of embedded technology within the network, acting as an advisor of technology, data knowledge management, data privacy

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
We are seeking an individual with a university degree/commercial diploma (or equivalent work experience) and a related experience in People & Culture, business support, professional assistance and/or event management, dynamic project coordination/management and working experience in a team or network
Experienced and efficient handling of standard IT-applications, preferably Google suite
Fluent in English required, additional languages a plus, based on region (i.e. German,French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Hungarian, Chinese
