Reporting to the CEO and as part of the Executive leadership team, the Director of Human Resources contributes in both a strategic and tactical capacity. You will serve as a trusted strategic business partner and advisor to the CEO and the Executive Leadership team regarding key organizational and management issues, while simultaneously serving as a change agent and leader in support of the strategic vision.
This role is responsible for planning, directing and performing all HR services, policies, and programs that support the overall business plan and strategic direction of RLS. You and your team will be responsible for managing workforce needs in a variety of areas including talent acquisition, organizational development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, talent management, and performance management. This role will also enhance, champion, and support RLS’s culture.
