Description
The Office of Admission at Ripon College is seeking applicants for the position of Admission
Counselor that has a specific focus on STEM recruitment. This person is directly responsible for the recruitment of traditional
undergraduate students interested in pursuing STEM fields of study at the College. The admission counselor will manage all aspects of the
admissions funnel for prospective students within an assigned geographic territory. This is a 12-month, full-time, year round position.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required. 2-3 years of experience in Admissions is preferred as
well as a background in a STEM related field. Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, and the ability to
work independently and as a part of a team. Proficient in the usage of computer programs (Microsoft Office) and other technologies required.
Demonstrated commitment to diversity and experience with promoting inclusivity required. The successful candidate will demonstrate attention
to detail and ability to multi-task; determination to meet recruitment goals; and commitment to the mission statement, core values, and
goals of Ripon College.
Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 10-15 pounds. Candidate must also
be willing to travel and work evenings and weekends during certain times of the year. Salary is commensurate with experience.
