This position is responsible for all aspects of IT management and control, including but not limited to; IT guidelines, standards, procedures, cost controls, and recommendations for technical acquisitions (Hardware and Software). We’re looking for someone to become an expert on the internal software we use and make meaningful upgrades that increase our efficiency. You will be responsible for managing the user lifecycle for onboarding and offboarding. Broad IT knowledge will be helpful when it comes to troubleshooting issues and diagnosing where this issue is coming from. This position’s priorities will revolve around making the end-user experience as simple as possible and equipping them with basic IT knowledge, allowing the company to stay efficient with company resources and time. The IT Support Specialist will work closely with the CFO, who will provide guidance and direction. This is a great position if you want to grow into an IT manager. If you like the simplicity Google brings to the table, you will be excited to work with us as we look to implement complete and connected IT solutions that integrate together nicely. *Responsibilities: * * Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services * Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT * Document training material for internal softwares * Monitor performance of IT systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improvements * Help define IT strategy, architecture, and processes * Complete technical projects in alignment with the organizational goals. * Provide high-quality support for internal software systems * Supports external vendors, advisors, technical consultants * Works with management to develop hardware & software specifications for new & upgrades to existing systems. * Provide ongoing analysis and evaluation of existing IT systems, procedures, usage, problems, and productivity. * Create methods for continuous improvement in all IT activity aspects, including standardized procedures and checklists for common tasks/questions. * Create and Enforce company IT policies and procedures. * Maintain data security/control environment and IT Business Continuity/ Recovery Plans. * Remain current with regulations to ensure effectiveness and compliance. *IT Systems: (NOTE* all of our systems have 3rd party technical support)* * Google Workspace (Email and Productivity) * Godaddy (Domain Hosting) * Salesforce (Sales & Business Operations) * Quickbooks (Accounting & Finance) * Tableau (Data Analytics & Visualisation) * Criterion (Human Capital Management) * AWS (Hosting SQL Sever & AD) * Temps + Bridgeware (Payroll processing and related reports- Uses SQL Server) * Dialpad (VOIP) * Fortinet Network (Managed by EM3 Networks)
