Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the staff.
• Plan, direct, and control the daily operation of the restaurant or bar.
• Train and develop staff.
• Supervise customer service and satisfaction and handle customer complaints.
• Monitor and control costs and profits.
• Organize food and drink menu; order food, supplies, and advertising materials; supervise kitchen staff; handle customer complaints; negotiate contracts.
• Develop menu; hire, train, and supervise employees; set all prices; plan menus; buy equipment; maintain inventory records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
