Role Summary

The Customer Service Representative will take inbound calls, problem-solve customer-related issues, communicate and collaborate across the organization on customer-related issues and solutions, assist our Product Team in weekly administrative tasks, manage and complete multiple tasks on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate must be organized, self-motivated, energetic, customer-focused, creative, an effective communicator and a problem-solver with great follow-through.

Travel in this role is minimal with one overnight customer visit per month. This position reports to the Chief Operations Officer.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls in a friendly and helpful manner

• Follow documented processes on resolving customer issues

• Updating CRM information during customer calls

• Assist the Customer Success Team with administrative tasks

• Assist Product Team with administrative tasks

• Learn about the Family Entertainment, Cinema, and Bowling Industries

• Visit 1 customer location each month

• Complete daily, weekly and quarterly objectives

• Ability to stand long periods of time with frequent bending or kneeling

• Additional duties may be assigned if needed

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma required Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• 1-2 years of Customer Service experience

• Excellent organization and communication skills

• Must be efficient in Microsoft Office

• Must have a “whatever it takes” attitude

Compensation & Care Package

The compensation plan will include a competitive base salary of $40,000-42,000 annually, based on experience, ability to receive performance bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.
