Role Summary
As a Account Data Specialist with Rapid Response Monitoring, you will craft custom solutions for our clients to help them protect their property and their families. Rapid Response Monitoring is the industry leader because of our amazing customer service and our willingness to customize anything. That’s where you come in.
Each day, you’ll report to your shift on-site at our Syracuse, NY location in Franklin Square. You will receive inbound calls from clients with inquiries, as well as faxes and emails from our queue system. You will triage those inquiries and help in any way you can. The request may be as simple as an address change or it may be more complex like a change to a contract. At all times, you are working to make sure the clients’ needs are met with accuracy and efficiency.
To thrive in this role, you should view yourself as a craftsman, not a salesman. We’re not here to slap an easy fix on anything and get people off the phone. We’re here to set up account solutions that genuinely help each individual client. This client only wants burglary alerts that occur between Friday evening at 5 and Monday morning at 7? Only via text, no calls? Except on Saturday from 12-2pm? You can make that happen.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, be able to think on their feet, and be friendly but efficient on the phone. This particular on-site role is for the 2nd shift or overnights. You must be available to work on weekdays from 5pm to 1:30am or 6pm to 2:30am, plus a rotating weekend day shift.
This role provides excellent growth potential with Rapid Response. Many people have been promoted to other positions and departments from the call center, as we like to hire from within.
