Under the general direction of the Information Systems Manager and the direct supervision of the Help Desk supervisor, performs duties for 1st tier support for Radiology Regional Help Desk. Performs other tasks assigned by management. Provides support to end users in the resolution of system support issues that are reported to the IS Department, including rotating on-call support for after-hours support for weekends and holidays where necessary. Manage Radiology Regional’s asset management inventory. This includes asset tags, model, serial, cost, etc. of all technology assets. Provide advanced Practice Management support, act as a liaison and maintain a strong presence with systems vendors.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associates Degree (two year college or technical school) Field of Study: IS preferred
• 2 plus years of experience in IS required
