Job Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Payroll: Take charge of processing weekly payroll from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaboration: Work closely with third parties for taxes, garnishments, and 401k functions, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Time Management: Manage timecard functions including import/edit, PTO accruals, and handle various adjustments efficiently.
• Compliance Expertise: Ensure payroll compliances with state laws & REM Handbook, staying updated on overtime regulations and sick accrual concepts.
• Customer Service: Provide timely and courteous customer service to employees on payroll matters, addressing queries and concerns effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
• Experience: Three to five years specialized experience in all relevant payroll functions.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ADP (WorkForce Now preferred), Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Attributes: Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
