PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Acts as a strategic partner in the planning, implementation and management of the Company’s current and future goals concerning employee management, development and organizational effectiveness while supporting an engaging, team-focused culture and a stable, productive workforce. Serves as a liaison between the Company and employees, championing fairness, equity, and transparency.
