The Payments Experience team is seeking a highly creative quality engineer who is a skilled communicator and leader. We have complex demands, so this role is all about teamwork and pushing each other to deliver a world class product. We are responsible for the payment component through which almost all payments flow on bestbuy.com as well as a variety of highly visible payment option integrations such as Apple, Zip, PayPal, and others. Because of this, not only is it critical to be skilled at working within our team, but driving solutions across teams is just as important.
Our applications feature integrations with services related to Pricing, Inventory, Fulfillment, Tax, 3rd-party payment, Incentives, Customer Data, and Order Management. The user experience includes web-based UIs (desktop and mobile) as well as native mobile applications for both iOS and Android.
This is a senior QA Engineer role, which will involve testing a variety of applications maintained by the Payments Experience team. These applications include desktop web views, mobile web views, as well as native experiences in the Best Buy mobile app. Testing will be primarily manual, but also involve writing automation test cases (web and mobile).
