PwC US Tax LLP Looking for Tax Manager, International Tax Services (Multiple Positions) at Boston, MA Full Time
Tax Manager, International Tax Services (Multiple Positions), PwC US Tax LLP, Boston, MA. Help multi-national businesses achieve their business goals in a tax-efficient manner and address their cross-border tax needs by analyzing their financial information and preparing financial reports. Work with teams to assist clients in formulating effective and tax-efficient cross-border strategies for both US and overseas investments, while managing the global structural tax rate, by computing taxes owed and assisting in preparing tax returns. Upon providing internal audit services, assist clients in responding to inquiries from regulatory authorities. Advise clients on tax laws and reporting, legislation and planning strategies based on their geography and jurisdiction.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Tax, Law or a related field, plus five (5) years of post-bachelor’s progressive related work experience.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Tax, Law, or a related field, plus three (3) years of related work experience.
Certification(s) required: U.S. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or foreign equivalent, Enrolled Agent, or Member of the Bar.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
- Assisting and/or advising companies to understand and assess the international tax impact of company business, operations and transactions in multiple jurisdictions;
- Providing corporate tax services including tax research, compliance and consulting within an international taxation environment; and
- Conducting structural realignment, cash and financial statement effective tax rate analysis and improvement of tax efficiencies of cross-border flows.
80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
Domestic and/or international travel up to 60% required.
