Basic Qualifications : Minimum Degree Required : Bachelor Degree Minimum Years of Experience : 10 years Preferred Qualifications : Degree Preferred: Master Degree Preferred Fields of Study : Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Management, Information Technology Certification(s) Preferred : IBM Certified Solution Architect IBM Certified Deployment Professional – Maximo Manage v8.0 Preferred Knowledge/Skills : Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success in Information Technology leading practices in the following areas related to Maximo: + Distinguishes understanding within Maximo 6, 7, and 8 including functional and technical areas; + Leads integrations along with conversions, and applications with development in Maximo; + Participates with EAM system deployments including external systems integrated to Maximo; + Prepares and operates workshops and drives key business decisions whether it’s functional or technical providing options to client; + Supports the business processes core within Maximo including asset management, work management, finances, and supply chain; + Leads your internal teams to drive the right solution using core Maximo OOTB functionality vs customization; + Indicates solutions in an agile or waterfall methodology; and, + Operates work across projects applying similar best practices for Maximo solutions. Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs: + Participates and leads client discussions and meetings; + Managing engagements or dedicated workstreams, including preparing concise, accurate documents and maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues; + Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; + Answering questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff; and, + Coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.
