Our client is a multi-million dollar organization in the construction and building materials industry with over 100 employees. They are looking for a highly relational Director of Human Resources to join their team at our northwest office in Indianapolis. This individual will lead our HR department with strong influencng and change management skills.

This role is responsible for the leadership of 1 Sr. HR Generalist, 2 HR Generalists, and 1 HR Coordinator supporting 500 employees throughout the Midwest in 25 locations.
As the Director of HR, you and your team will be responsible for the day-to-day HR support of the business including employee relations, labor relations, and core HR processes such as compensation management, onboarding, and employee data management. Additionally, the Director will be responsible for strong talent processes that support key business needs. This role will be a key partner and liaison with divisional and parent company shared services to build strong HR strategies and effectively manage and execute critical employee life cycle events.
This role will report to the Chief Talent Officer, with a dotted-line reporting structure to the President.
