Martell Electric is a union electrical contractor with offices in Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Iowa and Arizona. We are looking for a Purchasing, Receiving and Delivery Assistant for our Phoenix, AZ office.
THE JOB DESCRIPTION: The Purchasing, Receiving and Delivery assistant will report the General Manager or the Phoenix, AZ off with doted lines to the purchasing department at the Corporate office in South Bend, IN. The position is responsible for vendor negotiations with suppliers and trade partners, reviewing terms and conditions, establishing pricing, contract formulation, and any supplier management conditions affecting Martell Service Group projects and services in coordination with Project Managers as well as receiving shipments at the warehouse and delivering supplies to the field jobs around the Phoenix AZ area.
