We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Director for a growing behavioral health treatment provider. This role will be based in Broward County, Fl with some local and out-of-state travel required. The HR Director will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management. The role will formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. The HR Director provides professional expertise and support in the design, development, and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience gained through increasingly responsible management positions within Human Resources with well-developed administrative skills.
- For-profit Healthcare experience preferred.
- Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
- Experience in for-profit behavioral healthcare field preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with a solid understanding of Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resourceful and well-organized.
