Under supervision performs in a working team leader role providing department support to the Business Services Department. Develops and implements competencies for use in training and maintaining compliance, quality control and consistency in the use of scheduling and billing applications. Designs and performs training sessions on process and procedure for scheduling, registration and billing systems utilized at PSMCC. May recommend process and procedure improvements or changes and assist management with their design and implementation. Assists supervisor with allocation of staff in order to ensure adequate coverage for the billing and scheduling, in supervisor absence.

Hours: Full-Time, 1.0 FTE, Day Shift, 40 Hours Per Week.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 years – Medical accounts receivable experience, including coding and billing.
