e360 Services Delivery Operations Overview
e360’s Services Delivery Operations Center is a high function team and a core business unit that connects the Sales and Services departments of the e360 Professional Services Department[HP2] . Our primary business objective is supporting the operational needs of the Professional Services division from presales through delivery. For the Project Coordinator role, this is accomplished through delivering quality Statements of Work, supporting the service pipeline, resource forecasting, business practice growth needs and service delivery team sourcing on behalf of e360’s professional services organization.
Project Coordinator Job Summary
As a new function in our organization, the Project Coordinator will contribute creativity and enthusiasm to integrate this critical capability into our services sales process. This is a high demand role that requires the ability to manage multiple competing demands and prioritize work activities to deliver consistent and professional service to our stakeholders, while interacting with individuals across our organization, including technical, leadership, and sales. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our services sales pursuits.
