Loss Assignor
Job Number: 203115
Our loss assignors are critical in ensuring claims are promptly and accurately assigned to claims representatives, based on their workload and experience. In this role, you’ll ensure reps remain up to date with their assigned claims, schedules, and skill levels through management of a loss assignment database. Working in a collaborative, high-volume environment, you’ll help keep our Claims offices running efficiently by completing essential office and administrative functions – such as answering calls, managing office supplies, and interacting with customers and medical providers – among other things.
Must-have qualifications
- High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher.
Preferred skills
- Knowledge of basic claims processes
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize
In-office Schedule: Monday – Friday, with occasional Saturdays
Compensation
- $41,500 – $46,500/year
- Gainshare bonus up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
