DIGITAL GRAPHICS INSTALLATION AND SERVICE FIELD TECHNICIAN Reports to: CEO The person in this position will provide installation, repair, Feild Service, training and demos for our large format printers, vinyl cutting plotters, Copiers and other digital graphics printing & Imaging equipment. Starting pay will be determined and increased upon having current Manufacture certifications or successfully completing technical training from manufacturers on their equipment. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Install large format digital graphics printing & production equipment * Respond to service calls and repair equipment at customer site * Provide demos of equipment to customers and prospective clients * Provide training of equipment to customers * Develop & maintain a preventative maintenance schedule for existing customers * Provide high quality and timely Technical Support Desk customer service support to internal & external customers * Forward any important client information, including sales leads and customer satisfaction issues, to the Installation & Service Supervisor * Perform other duties, as assigned. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS * Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a team * Software support experience * Working knowledge of diagnostic utilities * Analytical and problem solving skills * Knowledge of desktop operating systems including Windows, and Mac is a plus * Knowledge of various graphic software including Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, Corel Draw & Paint as well as industry specific software is a plus * skills in Adobe / Illistrator

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 – $30.00 per hour
