Princeton University has an immediate opening for a DE&I Talent Acquisition Manager who will provide focused search efforts into building talent pools while developing programs and policies to improve diversity across all our talent acquisition efforts. Diversity recruiting is as much about building trust and developing partnerships, both internally and externally as it is about attracting top talent. The DE&I Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for establishing best practices for the Talent Acquisition team and develop strategies to increase the volume of skilled applicants from underrepresented backgrounds while partnering with functional recruiters to understand the needs of the departments.
