Reporting to the Director of Reunions, the Associate Director of Reunions is an integral member of the team responsible for all aspects of planning, implementing and budgeting of Princeton Reunions. Reunions are Princeton’s largest on-campus event and the three-day weekend draws approximately 26,000 attendees to campus, maximizing the engagement of Princeton alumni with the University and with one another.
Supporting Princeton’s undergraduate alumni classes spanning over 80 years from the first reunion to the Old Guard, the Associate Director collaborates with, advises, trains and stewards alumni volunteers to plan and execute various aspects of their major reunion. This role requires close collaboration and coordination with numerous campus partners including the Department of Public Safety, Risk Management, Environmental Health and Safety, Office of General Counsel, University Services, Facilities, Capital Projects, Housing and Campus Dining to ensure the management of Reunions is well planned, safely executed, an efficient operation and enjoyable for all participants.
