Title: Pricing and Contracts Coordinator

Summary
This position will provide administrative support to internal sales team and liaisons with 3PL chargeback team and Wholesalers. This entails processing and administration of sales contract pricing, monitoring, and auditing contract databases as well as analyzing contract performance and compliance. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate detail orientation, and effective interpersonal skills to work through problems with both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
Pricing: Create pricing proposals for generic injectable products in response to salesforce intel and customer inquiries
Maintains customer pricing proposal databases and models
Prepares system pricing upload paperwork
Contracts: Provides timely communications to wholesalers of contract change notifications and pricing documents in accordance with customer specifications
Tracking of wholesaler verification of contract setup/changes
Audits contract databases and determines contract performance and compliance
Chargebacks: Reviews and validates customer chargeback data files to ensure accurate contract numbers, pricing, and sales; works to resolve areas of exposure
Works with Supply Chain to send state licenses to third party logistics company
Collaborates closely with Manager, Contracts & Pricing on various projects, as well as on-going skill development
Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Travel Requirements:
5% Travel required for this role
Physical Requirements:
Regular (0% – 25%) exertion including standing/walking for extended periods of time
Lifting/carrying more than 15 and up to 25 pounds
At times low physical effort includes sitting, and operating computers or other small equipment
