Premier Pump & Power is a family-owned manufacturer of industrial pump and energy solutions. We proudly serve thousands of customers from our global headquarters in Vancouver, Washington and our new manufacturing factory in Houston, Texas.
We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of employee relations and human resource management processes. The HR Manager is the go-to person for all employee-related issues. Your responsibilities will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management and training. People are our most important asset and you’ll be the one to ensure we have a productive workplace, promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture. You will bring creative ideas and solutions to a growing organization and will contribute hands-on and lead corporate strategy to promoting an amazing workplace and culture.
You will report to the company President
Salary range: $70k-78k
Moving to new location in Spring, Texas beginning of 2023.
