Position Summary

This is a full-time position. The individual will split time supporting the Electric Utility Contractor’s work scope and the Fleet Department, reporting to our company’s headquarters in New Windsor, NY. The opportunity exists for future career growth.

Requirements and Qualifications

· Data entry to the Utility Contractor’s WMS system

· Fleet data collection and entry

· Maintaining vehicle/equipment database

· General filing

· Auditing reoccurring reports

· Sorting incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail

· Aptitude for technology. Experience working with Excel, Word, and Outlook are desirable

· Pre-employment drug screening required

Full Time; Competitive salary and benefits package.
