The Academic and Student Affairs Division of Innovation and Technology is seeking a creative, solutions-oriented collaborator to join our growing team. This team interacts with others at all levels of the organization and enjoys constant variety and challenge. We’re looking for an accomplished Project Manager who models best practices in project planning and execution for complex technical and operational projects that support services to students. If you are an enthusiastic contributor who enjoys being in the middle of important work, wants to help shape organizational change, and is interested in serving as a key contributor to strategic deployment of College systems in support of institutional priorities, this is the position for you. This position is 95% remote with occasional required on-campus meetings.

5 – Experience managing outside vendors, contractors, and other external resources
6 – Experience measuring project performance, performing statistical analysis and summarizing findings in reports or other communication mediums.
7 – Experience preparing and delivering presentations, facilitating meetings, writing communications, and creating change management plans
8 – Experience tailoring project management approaches based on scope, requirements, and resources
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Business, Finance or related field. Three (3) years progressively responsible, professional experience in project/program management, including working with analytics, and translating metrics, research, and trends into strategy. One (1) year of lead or supervisory experience.
OR Bachelor’s Degree in any field AND five (5) years progressively responsible, professional experience in project/program management, including working with analytics, and translating metrics, research, and trends into strategy. One (1) year of lead or supervisory experience.
OR seven (7) years progressively responsible, professional experience in project/program management, including working with analytics, and translating metrics, research, and trends into strategy. One (1) year of lead or supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications1 – “Project Management Professional” certification through Project Management Institute or formal training in professional project management
2 – Familiarity with the landscape of Higher Education including Student Success Initiatives and Platforms
Position GradeLStarting Salary ExpectationsMinimum $82,293 to range midpoint of $100,808. After one year of management or confidential service, PCC also provides a 2% contribution to a 403(b) account for eligible management and confidential personnel. PCC offers a tax deferred annuity program and a deferred compensation program where employees may save additional pre-tax dollars for retirement.
Additionally, PCC provides a tuition waiver for you, your spouse/domestic partner, and dependent children under 24 years of age, as well as partial tuition reimbursement for full-time employees at other accredited institutions.
