· BS/BA degree or related work experience preferred
· Guest Experience/interface communication with Passion to Serve
· Experience with culture transformation and recognition programs
· Previous facilitator experience (motivational speaker, preferred)
· Event/conference coordinator experience (in-person and virtual)
· English and Spanish bilingual preferred; spoken and written.
· Extensive travel required
Overview
The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for serving as our cultural ambassador leveraging our unique guest and employee-centric model, influence change by making recommendations to enhance the overall people’s experience in accordance with the Passion for Service Philosophy and mindset. Serving in partnership with CX Manager and Director.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage content, certification and onboarding, on-going reinforcement of the Passion for Service and REIR values
· Design and execute meaningful in-person and virtual events surrounding the Passion for Service
· Supports Recognition Platform in conjunction with Human Resources
· Work closely with training, operations, HR and marketing on alignment of programs, collateral, and communications and initiatives
· Creative, strategic, experience delivering meaningful, memorable experiences
· Monitors the systems, methods, and procedures in collecting data for the key KPI’s to
· Identifies Customer Experience champions within the organization and shares their best practices and findings with the rest of the company.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $74,000.00 per year
