This position is part of the Information Lifecycle Governance (ILG) department. As the IT Assets Disposition Governance Program Manager, you will be part of a team who is responsible for the operations and execution of the ILG’s governance of information technology asset disposition governance. In this position you will be responsible for managing a number of different functions, including managing working groups to write IT assets disposition governance procedures and standards, as well as managing the reporting and metrics, maintaining and managing the IT assets disposition governance documentation in a single repository, and managing intakes and developing governance for access to Iron Mountain’s SITAD online portal. You will also partner with project managers and execution teams as needed/requested, where you would be responsible for maintaining a view across as well as track various in-scope projects as well as addressing questions of compliance from project teams with the ultimate goal of further maturing and refining the IT assets disposition project process.
Due to the nature of this position, we are seeking out experienced project and/or program managers with strong collaborative and communication skills who have a knowledge of information technology assets, up to and including network hardware, servers, cabinets, media, and any information processing equipment, storage media, network component, device, etc., that are used to process, store, transmit, or display information. Preferred candidates will also have knowledge of information technology asset management as well as a background in information lifecycle governance or data protection. Experience with stakeholder management also preferred.

Operational/execution of ILG’s Governance of Information Technology Asset Disposition Governance, including:
Meeting Coordinator for IT Assets Disposition Governance Steering Group
Manage Working Groups to write IT Assets Disposition Governance procedures and standards
Maintain/manage IT Assets Disposition Governance documentation in a single repository
Maintain a view across and tracking of in-scope projects
Manage IT Assets Disposition Governance reporting and metrics
Manage Intake/Develop governance for access to Iron Mountain’s SITAD On-line Portal
Partner with project managers and execution teams as needed/requested:
Coordinate internal PNC stakeholders and vendor resources
Participate in troubleshooting issues, root cause analyses, and remediation
Further mature/ refine IT Assets Disposition project process
Address questions of compliance from project teams
Operational feedback to the Steering Committee
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of information technology assets – network hardware, servers, cabinets, media, and any information processing equipment, storage media, network component, device, etc., used to process, store, transmit, or display information.
Knowledge of information technology asset management.
Information lifecycle governance or data protection background
Project management experience
Experience with stakeholder management

Work Experience
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
