PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Pipe Plant Leader is accountable for leading business changes and the continuous growth and development of the Pipe Factory. The Pipe Plant Leader is expected to lead from an outside–in perspective, understand what is necessary for the customer to be successful and manage and oversee all Pipe Plant operations providing vision, strategy and leadership to achieve and maintain the highest standards of Safety, Engagement, Cost, Productivity, Efficiency, Quality and Customer Service.
Reports to: Newark Site Leader and is a member of the Plant Leadership Team
Span of Control: Approximately 130 people
