Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Partner with COO and other leadership to define and analyze reporting KPI’s strategically
Consider business implications of technology applications to reporting needs
Create, review, and deliver end-user material (reports, graphs, pivot tables, user guides, process flow charts, etc.) and training for accuracy
Provide training and technical assistance for applicable systems or software
Research new systems and trends in to improve business strategy and relevancy within the industry
Perform duties related to the implementation, management, maintenance, enhancement, support, and decommission of critical software systems, whether purchased through a vendor or developed internally
As it applies to Company systems and/or data, act as liaison between departments including accounting, human resources, and operations
Collaborate with business partners to deliver ad-hoc requests as needed
Recognize and acts on inconsistencies in data or results and escalate issues
Apply discretion and independent judgment to identify when deviation from standard practice is required without prior approval
Required Skills and Abilities
Proficient in professional software such as MS Office Suite, Google Docs, Adobe Acrobat, Teams, Zoom, and other applications commonly used in an office environment
Proficiency in SQL strongly preferred
Excellent analytical skills including research, forecasting, and data interpretation
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical and analytical detail to a variety of stakeholders within the organization
Ability to manage expectations with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Competent to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong critical thinking, project management, and problem solving skills
Minimum Hiring Requirements
2 – 5 years of experience in a similar role with increasing responsibility
High school graduate, GED, or relevant work experience
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
18 years or older
Ability to favorably pass a background screen to the satisfaction of the Company
