Business Systems Analyst – Human Capital Management and Finance
Pierce College District is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (HCM and FIN) who will work in collaboration with the ctcLink Project Director and Pillar Leads. The individual will be responsible for providing a functional, technical and business analysis role in support of the ctcLink (PeopleSoft) administrative systems in the Human Capital Management Pillar and Finance Pillar and will serve as the technical resource to departments to include (but not limited to) Human Resources and Finance. The incumbent is responsible for analyzing data, system planning, implementation and upgrade support, and production operation for the ctcLink Human Capital Management Pillar and Finance Pillar.
The Business Systems Analyst (HCM AND FIN) must be proficient and manage all aspects of the ctcLink Human Capital Management Pillar and Finance Pillar modules and work as a liaison among department staff and project stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, prioritize, clarify, validate and document requirements for changes to business processes and information systems in support of department and ctcLink project objectives. Using evidence-based decision-making in collaboration with the ctcLink Project Director and Pillar Leads, the incumbent will implement strategies that lead to the overall stabilization of ctcLink. This position reports to the ctcLink Project Director.

Terms of Employment
This position is a full-time administrative-exempt position supporting the District with an official duty station of the Pierce College Fort Steilacoom campus. Frequent travel to Pierce College campuses or other sites will occur. Standard work hours are between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with occasional evening and weekend hours required. This position may be subject to reassignment between campuses or sites.
Salary & Benefits
Annual salary is $80,000. However, your paycheck is just part of the total compensation package. There is an outstanding benefits package which is worth an additional value equivalent to about 30% of your salary. Physical Work Environment
This position works indoors in an office environment. Pierce College is transitioning back to working in the office after more than a year of primarily-remote work. One or two days in the office per week will be required at first (other days remote). This will increase over time. Health and safety precautions are in place.
