Under limited supervision of the Vice President of Human Resources, manages day-to-day classification and compensation administration of a multi-campus institution of Higher Education; manages the college’s position control functions; serves as assistant to the recruitment process for the college; revises personnel policies and procedures.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
A bachelor’s degree and experience in human resources.
Preferred Qualifications
Prefer experience in human resources management and recruiting and employment activities.
