7 Full-time 22 hours ago Full Job Description SUMMARY The Marketing Specialist works with the Marketing and Education team to carry out the overall marketing and education plans for the company including the areas of advertising and content creation; promotional strategies; employee recruitment and retention initiatives; marketing and business development opportunities.
Will work with the Marketing and Business Development Team in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and community educations, coordinating special event and public celebrations, and enhancing internal and external communications of Team Phelps.
This position will work with cross-functional teams to execute the strategic vision of PMHC, PMG and other subsidiary companies.
Strong communication and organizational skills, project management and an understanding of marketing principles is essential.
Must be articulate, professional and personable.
Compliance with rules and regulations of all applicable federal, state and local laws as well as PMHC policies is a condition of employment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Incumbent must have the skills, ability and judgment to perform the following essential job duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation:
1.
Creation of marketing collateral while maintaining an adequate level of branding consistency.
2.
Assists in the development of advertising, public relations, educational and community events and marketing communications to meet marketing objectives.
3.
Participates in cross-functional teams related to marketing and business development objectives.
Collaborates with marketing team to develop the annual advertising, marketing and promotion plans.
5.
Assists in the enforcement of marketing policies to ensure a high level of quality and professionalism in all public materials, including but not limited to internal and external signage, logos, brand communications, social media content postings, and forms.
6.
Strategizes with marketing team to determine proper media channels and promotional opportunities for specific service lines to align with facility goals.
7.
Writes copy, press releases and promotional content as requested.
Maintains professional relationships with media contacts.
9.
Assists with planning, set-up and facilitation for special events.
Compiles and assembles relevant materials.
10.
Assists in planning, promoting, coordinating and implementing of programs for staff, patients and the community as part of the Marketing and Education Team.
11.
Uses writing, design and editing skills to create educational materials for patients and team use.
12.
Other duties as assigned to support the needs of marketing and business development team.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBLITIES Reports directly to the Director of Marketing & Business Development.

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
3.
Knowledge of web design platforms.
4.
Knowledge of DSLR camera, photography and videography.
5.
Knowledge of social media platforms.
